As a Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our team by designing, implementing, and supporting IT infrastructure solutions for our clients. This role requires a strong technical background in Azure migration, O365, Windows server, and VMware environments. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their IT needs, provide expert guidance on solution design, and ensure smooth deployment and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Azure migration strategies and solutions for clients transitioning from on-premises environments.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • Manage and support Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019) and Active Directory services.
  • Implement and maintain VMware virtualization technologies, including ESXi and vSphere.
  • Conduct technical assessments, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to optimize client environments.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide proactive maintenance and support to ensure high availability and reliability of client systems.
  • Document systems configurations, procedures, and changes for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes.
  • Act as a technical escalation point and mentor junior team members.

Skills/Must have:

  • Proven experience in Azure cloud migration projects, including Azure Site Recovery, Azure VMs, and Azure Networking.
  • Strong proficiency with Office 365 administration and migration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (2012, 2016, 2019) and Active Directory.
  • Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization technologies (ESXi, vSphere).
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or equivalent certifications are preferred.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed (estimated up to 25% travel).
