Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead infrastructure projects and system improvements
• Support and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware environments
• Administer cloud services (Azure) and Exchange Server
• Manage system backups, disaster recovery, and security patching
• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python) to streamline operations
• Lead root cause analysis, incident resolution, and vendor coordination
• Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and runbooks
• Research and recommend new technologies to meet business needs
• Maintain enterprise storage, virtualization, and backup systems

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years as a Systems Engineer in enterprise environments
• Strong expertise with Windows Server, AD, Azure, VMware
• Experience with SQL databases, Exchange Server, and enterprise storage
• Proficient with scripting (PowerShell, Batch, VBScript)
• Solid understanding of DNS, DHCP, NTFS permissions, and certificate management
• Hands-on experience with high availability, fault tolerance, and DR solutions
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and object-based storage technologies
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
