Responsibilities:
- Implementation of hardware (server, storage, backup, network and firewall) on site at the customer
- Installation of software at the customer's premises or remotely
- Re-installation of systems on-site at the customer or remotely
- Performing migrations
- Creating (customer) documentation
- In this phase you are the technical contact for the customer
- Partial support of internal business units in creating solutions and configurations
- Troubleshooting
Skills/Must have:
- Veeam
- VMware
- HPE
- Microsoft
- Installations and configurations experience
Salary:
