Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for VMware infrastructure, including ESXi hosts, vCenter, and virtual machines.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity using tools like vRealize Operations or similar.
• Troubleshoot VMware-related issues including VM performance, host connectivity, and virtual networking.
• Perform regular health checks, maintenance tasks, and patch management for VMware environments.
• Respond to incidents and service requests related to virtualization platforms in a timely and efficient manner.

Skills/Must have:

• VMWare vCenter, vSphere, ESXi 
• Active Directory management - user creation, policy etc.
• 0365, Exchange, SharePoint
