Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical liaison for assigned clients, supporting implementation and post-deployment success
- Understand customer environments and work closely with technical delivery teams to support solution deployment, integration, and optimization
- Deliver product demos, technical onboarding sessions, and conduct training when required
- Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate internal resources for resolution
- Help identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling solutions in collaboration with the sales team
- Maintain clear documentation of technical engagements, client status, and solution outcomes
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing technical role, such as pre-sales engineer, solutions consultant, or technical support
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or enterprise SaaS applications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working across technical and business stakeholders
- Able to multitask and manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, DevOps tools, or data analytics solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams or managed service models
- Certification in cloud platforms or ITIL is a plus
