Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary technical liaison for assigned clients, supporting implementation and post-deployment success
  • Understand customer environments and work closely with technical delivery teams to support solution deployment, integration, and optimization
  • Deliver product demos, technical onboarding sessions, and conduct training when required
  • Respond to client inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate internal resources for resolution
  • Help identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling solutions in collaboration with the sales team
  • Maintain clear documentation of technical engagements, client status, and solution outcomes


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing technical role, such as pre-sales engineer, solutions consultant, or technical support
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or enterprise SaaS applications
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working across technical and business stakeholders
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple accounts or projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, DevOps tools, or data analytics solutions
  • Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams or managed service models
  • Certification in cloud platforms or ITIL is a plus
