Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their security needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with the services provided.
- Utilize expertise in Microsoft security products such as Sentinel and Defender to guide customers in optimizing their security infrastructure.
- Gain a thorough understanding of customer environments to ensure security tools are functioning effectively and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the SOC team to ensure prompt resolution of any security incidents or issues that arise.
- Employ a consultative approach to security by providing tailored advice and solutions that address each client’s specific needs and challenges.
- Serve as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Stay informed about the latest security trends and technologies to provide well-informed guidance and recommendations.
Skills/Must have:
- Strong background as a security analyst, cloud engineer, or in a similar technical role.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft security products, particularly Sentinel and Defender.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A consultative mindset with the ability to understand and align with customer needs.
- Proven experience working in a customer-facing role with strong relationship management skills.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- An experienced security analyst or cloud engineer ready to step into a TAM role.
- Previous experience within an MSSP or similar environment.
- Comfortable working with both technical teams and customers, providing support and building long-term relationships.
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid role, providing a balanced approach to work with approximately one day per week in the office while allowing for remote work on other days.
