As a Technical Author, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of documentation across the entire project lifecycle, collaborating closely with various teams throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance documentation across Sales, Operations, and delivery teams.
• Contribute to the development, process enhancement, and continuous maintenance of our documentation production, aligning with external accreditation standards such as ISO9001.

Skills/Must-Haves:

• Proven experience in a technical writing environment, encompassing research, planning, and crafting technically precise content.
