Technical Lead - ISP

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical liaison between the customer and internal teams
• Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership across Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and Fortinet environments
• Help clients optimise their network design, security posture, and operational efficiency
• Identify areas of improvement and drive enhancements in the managed services delivery
• Work alongside internal NOC/project teams to ensure best practice standards are upheld
• Build strong, long-term technical relationships and help position the MSP as a value-added partner

Requirements:

• Senior-level network engineer or technical consultant with 7+ years of experience
• Proven expertise in Cisco and Juniper routing/switching at an enterprise scale
• Strong experience with Palo Alto and/or Fortinet firewalls
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working in a client-facing role, ideally within a Managed Services environment
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, PCNSE, or NSE are highly regarded
