The team is hiring a Technical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of technology-driven initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The role will focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and driving successful outcomes across diverse client environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the construction-facing representative for all telecoms and network infrastructure activities.
  • Coordinate requirements between the data centre infrastructure team and project/construction teams.
  • Manage procurement schedules, contractor onboarding, and training.
  • Oversee structured fibre delivery, splicing, testing and documentation.
  • Conduct weekly site walks for construction progress, QA/QC, and EH&S compliance.
  • Align network turn-up strategy across cross-functional partner teams.
  • Track schedules, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Collate and distribute installation guidelines, patching schedules, and hardware requirements.
  • Coordinate logistics for fibre bundles, racks, optics, and patch panels.
  • Participate in progress meetings and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
  • Support standardisation of processes across sites and regions, feeding back lessons learned.


Skills/Must have:

  • 10+ years’ experience in telecoms.
  • 5+ years’ experience in data centre construction or fit-out projects.
  • Strong understanding of OFCI vs CFCI, structured fibre, QA/QC practices.
  • Experience working for developers or end users in critical environments.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages (Dutch, French, Spanish, Danish) are a plus.
  • Willingness and mobility to travel across EU data centre sites.
