The team is hiring a Technical Project Manager to oversee technology-focused programmes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives. Responsibilities:
- Act as the construction-facing representative for all telecoms and network infrastructure activities.
- Coordinate requirements between the data centre infrastructure team and project/construction teams.
- Manage procurement schedules, contractor onboarding, and training.
- Oversee structured fibre delivery, splicing, testing and documentation.
- Conduct weekly site walks for construction progress, QA/QC, and EH&S compliance.
- Align network turn-up strategy across cross-functional partner teams.
- Track schedules, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Collate and distribute installation guidelines, patching schedules, and hardware requirements.
- Coordinate logistics for fibre bundles, racks, optics, and patch panels.
- Participate in progress meetings and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
- Support standardisation of processes across sites and regions, feeding back lessons learned.
Skills/Must have:
- 10+ years’ experience in telecoms.
- 5+ years’ experience in data centre construction or fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of OFCI vs CFCI, structured fibre, QA/QC practices.
- Experience working for developers or end users in critical environments.
- Fluent English; additional European languages (Dutch, French, Spanish, Danish) are a plus.
- Willingness and mobility to travel across EU data centre sites.
