Responsibilities

  • Design campus LAN (firewalling, switching, Wi-Fi) and multi-site WAN environments
  • Communicate complex networking concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Deliver technical training sessions for internal sales teams
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales activities with the commercial and network teams
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and professional network diagrams
  • Align technical proposals with sales objectives to support customer success


Skills/Must have

  • Strong networking fundamentals with experience in IP/MPLS, BGP, EVPN
  • Proven background in campus LAN and multi-site WAN design within service provider or enterprise settings
  • Hands-on experience with Juniper, Ruckus, and Fortinet (Palo Alto beneficial)
  • Familiarity with SD-WAN and SASE technologies
  • Excellent communication skills—confident with internal teams and external clients
  • Organised, capable of producing high-quality documentation and diagrams
  • Enthusiastic about training and mentoring others in a technical sales environment
