Technical Sales Manager - Managed Service Provider

An award-winning IT Managed Service Provider is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to handle and process technical orders for their Western Canadian customers.

For this position no tech experience is required as full training is offered! You just need to have good customer engagement experience!

Responsibilities:

• Consult with company clients/customers, and ask questions around their hardware needs and source the best tech for them 
• Manage the shipment and receipts of all products, materials and supplies
• Provide quotes to customers on IT Hardware and refer to the IT team for complex quotes
• Track and trace incoming and outgoing shipments  

Skills/Must have:

• 3+ Years in a Customer facing role 
• 2+ Years experience within the IT industry
• Excellent communication skills 
• Good understanding of IT, Infrastructure
