The team is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to provide hands-on assistance, troubleshooting, and technical expertise across a wide range of products and solutions. This role will play a vital part in supporting clients, resolving complex issues, and maintaining the high standards of service that the organisation is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to global clients, troubleshooting connectivity and networking issues
  • Handle technical tickets using Hubspot (training provided if needed)
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, ensuring high service levels
  • Work closely with senior engineers on escalated issues
  • Use and maintain MS Office tools for reporting and documentation
  • Participate in an on-call rotation once every 7–8 weeks after training (paid depending on workload)
  • Optional travel as a field engineer for installations or urgent support needs

Requirements:

  • At least 1–2 years of technical support experience (corporate/IT environment preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Excellent English – oral, written, and listening (other languages such as Ukrainian, Russian, or Filipino a plus)
  • Confident phone manner when dealing with high-end customers
  • Competent with Microsoft Office tools (user level)
  • Experience with Hubspot ticketing system
  • Mikrotik networking knowledge
  • VSAT or satellite communications experience
