Are you a driven Technical Support Engineer with a proven record of resolving complex IT issues, ready to tackle new challenges?

We're seeking a proactive and results-driven Technical Support Engineer to join a rapidly growing IT Managed Services team. Your role will involve taking the initiative to identify and address technical issues, ensuring seamless operations and fostering organizational advancement!


Responsibilities: 

  • Resolve IT Support tickets using our internal help desk platform.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network, security, hardware, and software issues.
  • Perform various Office 365 administrative tasks.
  • Manage users and groups within Active Directory.
  • Collaborate closely with the special projects team.
  • Support onboarding and client discovery for new systems.
  • Conduct network diagnostics and create VLANs.

Experience:

  • Possession of relevant Microsoft and/or Azure Certification (preferred).
  • Highly regarded experience in Azure Infrastructure & Intune policy creation.
  • Experience with Networking products is highly valued
  • Solid understanding of fundamental IT principles in Network, Server, and Desktop environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems, including Windows 10 and 11.
  • Proficient in Microsoft server operating systems, including Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
