We are working with a leading RF company who are looking for a Manager to lead their support function in Cambridge. The role is hybrid-based circa 3 days a week in the office, and offers excellent chances for progression.
You will have the opportunity to sharpen you leadership, Linux and RF skills in a dynamic team that is part of a growing company.
This role would be perfect for someone who was previously a Field Application Engineer who has taken the step up to a lead/manager role and is taking the next step
Responsibilities:
- Line management
- Management of a team of support engineers (currently 3 heads)
Skills/Must have:
- RF Theory understanding
- Linux experience (able to use as a user, not necessarily building/designing)
- Team leadership/management experience
Benefits:
- Up to £60,000 basic per annum
- Annual bonus of up to £8,000 per annum based on company performance
- Company car salary sacrifice scheme
- Pension matched up to 5%
Salary:
up to £60,000 basic per annum
- £60,000 to £65,000pa
