Telecom Underground Laborer - Civil Engineering

Following a series of new contract wins in Virginia, they are seeking for a Telecom Underground Laborer to join their expanding team and help ensure the continued reliability and performance of their network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks
• Support the crew with various physical labor duties as directed by the Crew Leader, Foreman, or Supervisor
• Operate machinery and equipment used in construction projects
• Perform physically intensive tasks in a construction setting
• Help install underground piping and conduit, assist with manual digging and trenching, and use power tools as needed

Skills/Must have:

• Experience in underground utility work is highly valued
• Capable of bending, kneeling, digging, reaching, and other physical activities
• Comfortable working at heights using ladders
• Willingness to travel as required
• Physically fit to lift and move heavy materials
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving history
• Proficient in using construction-related power tools
• Possession of a valid CDL-A license is a plus

Salary:

• $16 - $20 per hour
