Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate public tender procedures
• Continuously scout tender opportunities using dedicated tools
• Analyse administrative participation requirements
• Plan activities and ensure all deadlines are met
• Prepare and manage RTI (Temporary Grouping of Companies) and avvalimento agreements
• Provide operational coordination and support to a junior team member
• Collaborate with commercial and technical teams throughout the tender lifecycle

Skills/Must have:

• Previous experience in a tender office or as a bid/tender manager
• Strong knowledge of the Public Procurement Code
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Results-driven approach
• High level of accuracy, reliability, and accountability
