Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 2 technical support to end users (onsite and remote)
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
  • Install and configure operating systems, applications, and updates
  • Assist with user account setup and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and system details
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with users
  • Occasionally travel onsite to client locations for support and maintenance


Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic macOS support
  • Familiar with DNS, DHCP, and basic network configurations
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 (email, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Comfortable with common hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, peripherals)
  • 1–3 years of IT support or helpdesk experience
  • Associate's degree in a related field OR equivalent certifications/experience (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.)
