Our client who is a multi-national systems integrator is looking for a highly skilled Voice Engineer to join our team on an initial 6-month contract basis. 

This role offers the flexibility of remote work with some aspects requiring travel to Central London. You will be a crucial part of our support and operations team, handling ticket management, fault finding, and incident management. Your expertise will ensure the seamless functionality of our voice and collaboration systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Voice & Collaboration Support & Operations: Manage and maintain voice and collaboration infrastructure.
  • Ticket Handling, Fault Finding, and Incident Management: Efficiently handle tickets, troubleshoot issues, and manage incidents.
  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) & Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE): Configuration and management.
  • ICM Script Creation and Monitoring: Develop and monitor ICM scripts to optimize performance.
  • IVR and Menu Options within Unity Voice Mail: Create and manage IVR systems and menu options.
  • Video Technologies: Support and manage WebEx, CMS, and TMS platforms.
  • Voice over IP Protocols: Expertise in SIP, H323, MGCP, SCCP, and legacy voice protocols such as ISDN, QSIG.

Nice to Have:

  • Call Logging: Experience in call logging systems.
  • Voice Recording: Familiarity with Vebra and BiB SIP trunking.
  • Genesys Contact Centre: Any experience with Genesys Contact Centre will be a significant advantage.
