Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair satellite communication systems at various global locations.
- Perform system tests, diagnose faults, and resolve issues on-site and remotely.
- Provide technical support to customers during system commissioning and ongoing operations.
- Deliver training and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of SatCom systems.
- Document all tasks performed and prepare detailed service reports.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to enhance service quality continuously.
- Carry out regular system updates and implement security standards.
Skills/Must have:
- Strong knowledge of RF technology, network systems, and electronics.
- Experience with a variety of SatCom systems and antenna technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach.
- Willingness to travel internationally for assignments.
- Independent, structured working style.
- Fluent in written and spoken German, with good proficiency in English
