Windows Systems Administrator - System Integrator

The Windows Systems Administrator will be responsible for the installation, configuration, operation, and support of systems hardware and software infrastructure. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining high availability, performance, and security of Windows and virtual host-based systems, whether deployed on-premise or through cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain applications (AV, patching, office products, Email, etc)
• Monitor Server performance and recommend changes and upgrades based on utilization
• Perform Installations, Migrations, Maintenance and Upgrades to Servers and Hardware
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and technical needs.
• Collaborate with Systems and Network Engineers in overall systems design
• Working knowledge and experience providing support for Microsoft 2008/2012/2016 Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Radius
• Promoting / Demoting / Migrations / Upgrades
• Create support documentation as required.
• Install software as required.
• Work overtime as required or assigned.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into our solutions where appropriate.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the team.
• Excellent customer service skills

Minimum Skills Required:

• Extensive working knowledge of Current Windows Server Environments (both cloud and on prem)
• Advanced working knowledge of Windows server 2016/2019/2022
• Exchange and o365 experience
• IT Related Degree or Equivalent Experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar role or equivalent knowledge
• Sales Experience
