• All-inclusive day rate: You pay Hamilton Barnes a single, all-inclusive day rate for the contractor.
• We manage everything else:
  1. Conduct background checks and screenings.
  2. Complete full onboarding and handle all administration.
  3. Arrange contracts with the contractor’s Limited Company (for outside IR35 roles) or through our Employer of Record (for inside IR35 roles).
  4. Handle contractor payments via our Timesheet portal, with you simply approving timesheets periodically.
  5. Ensure full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
