Responsibilities

• Define and execute the EMEA data center strategy in alignment with global objectives
• Drive regional revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
• Lead and develop regional commercial, technical, and operational teams
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
• Oversee major contracts, negotiations, and strategic partnerships
• Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics
• Ensure consistent delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction across the region
• Collaborate closely with global leadership on investment, resource planning, and long-term growth initiatives
• Represent the company at executive meetings, industry forums, and key events

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience within the data center or mission-critical infrastructure sector
• Strong track record of EMEA business leadership and growth
• Extensive experience in commercial strategy, sales leadership, and key account management
• Ability to operate at board and executive level
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience working within a global or matrix organisation
• Technical understanding of data center infrastructure, power, cooling, or automation solutions
• Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field
