Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee installation, maintenance, and vendor-led repairs at both local and remote data center sites
  • Take ownership of 15–20 concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, documentation, and communication stay on track
  • Manage logistics and vendor scheduling for hardware deliveries, cabling, power installations, and on-site interventions
  • Provide hands-on assistance with server racking, hardware repairs, and inventory management
  • Monitor and report on the health of physical infrastructure including cooling, power, and cabling layouts
  • Build strong working relationships with remote site contacts and third-party providers


Desired Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Experience working in or supporting enterprise data center environments, with knowledge of physical infrastructure standards
  • Strong hardware repair and basic networking troubleshooting capabilities
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to independently manage and prioritize multiple ongoing initiatives
  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable working hands-on with server equipment and cabling
  • No specific degree required; we value practical experience and technical competence
