Responsibilities: 

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to users in the London office, ensuring a smooth and professional IT experience.
  • Support Microsoft 365, Windows environments, Intune, and MDM solutions for laptops and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot PC hardware, peripherals, and video conferencing systems.
  • Manage user accounts, security policies, and remote access tools.
  • Work collaboratively with global IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  •  Maintain a proactive and flexible mindset, ensuring IT operations run smoothly in a fast-moving corporate environment.
  • Assist with IT onboarding, hardware provisioning, and liaising with 3rd-party vendors.


Required Skills/Experience: 

  • 2-5 years of experience in an IT Support / Service Desk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, and MDM solutions.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to support senior stakeholders in a professional, white-glove manner.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and flexible approach.
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
  • Experience with networking, remote access solutions, and video conferencing tools is a plus.
