Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting across Fortinet SD-WAN and Cisco network infrastructure.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimise LAN/WAN performance across multiple sites.
- Assist in network upgrades, patching, and configuration changes.
- Work closely with the wider IT and infrastructure teams on project deployments.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while maintaining strong service levels.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and network documentation.
Skills / Must Have:
- CCNA-level knowledge of routing, switching, and network fundamentals.
- Experience supporting Cisco network environments.
- Exposure to Fortinet firewalls or SD-WAN (training provided).
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A genuine desire to progress into project and design work.
