The team is hiring a Senior Estimator to join its Dublin-based operations and support mission-critical ICT installations. This role focuses on producing detailed and commercially viable estimates for structured cabling projects, while also providing technical input to project delivery teams. The position plays a key part in ensuring cost-effective, high-performance outcomes across sectors that demand both precision and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing layout drawings and tender specifications to develop detailed take-offs
  • Producing accurate quotations for Moves, Adds & Changes (MACs) across new and ongoing projects
  • Ensuring all quotes meet company procedures and client deadlines
  • Collaborating with Sales and Projects teams to provide technical insight and pre-contract support
  • Leading Pre-Contract Reviews, ensuring handovers to operations are accurate and aligned
  • Staying up to date on industry technologies and cabling standards relevant to client needs


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the ICT cabling industry
  • Prior experience as a Senior Estimator (structured cabling, MAC work, or ICT-focused roles)
  • Strong ability to manage multiple quotes and tender responses under pressure
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, confident across departments
  • Experience with estimating tools and cost modelling
  • Familiarity with CommScope, Panduit, or similar structured cabling products
  • Self-motivated, highly organised, and detail-oriented
