Responsibilities:

• Lead and restructure a 5-person international team within the PCS division
• Drive strategic sales growth across energy storage and grid-connected solutions
• Oversee technical and commercial feasibility discussions with key customers
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to optimise system performance
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and KPI performance
• Represent the business with utilities, developers, and industry stakeholders
• Identify new opportunities within the renewable and energy storage market

Skills / Must Have:

• 10+ years’ experience within the energy industry, including 8+ years in BESS / PCS
• 5+ years’ leadership experience managing technical or commercial teams
• Strong technical understanding of Power Conversion Systems, battery storage, and grid integration
• Proven commercial sales track record within energy storage or power electronics
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical experience
• Fluent English
• Willing and able to travel occasionally within Europe, approximately 1–2 times per quarter.
