Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow integrations using JavaScript or Python.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP/Sun, and HR systems.
  • Enable workflow automation and data transformation across previously disconnected systems.
  • Work directly with stakeholders from across the business – finance, HR, operations, IT.
  • Improve the way data flows across the business by removing manual tasks (e.g. Excel uploads).
  • Act as the subject matter expert on ServiceNow scripting and third-party integrations.
  • Collaborate with a global team, including a small offshore development unit in India.
  • Contribute to the development vision and integration strategy.


Required Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Strong ServiceNow integration experience, including custom API scripting (RESTful).
  • Background working across multiple systems outside of ServiceNow.
  • Proficient in JavaScript or Python, with solid knowledge of data structures.
  • Experience with finance (e.g. SAP/Sun) and HR platforms is a plus.
  • Confident working with stakeholders at all levels – ideally with a consulting background.
  • Agile mindset, comfortable with daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery.
  • Fully hands-on – someone who enjoys building, testing, and deploying solutions directly.


Location:

  • West London - on site for first 2 months and then moving to hybrid (2-3 days in office)
