Responsibilities: 

• Develop tools (Python, C++) to support internal investigations into infrastructure performance
• Work hands-on with packet capture systems and market data
• Contribute to the performance optimization of both live trading services and research infrastructure
• Manage critical internal services and build new performance tooling from scratch

Required Skills/Qualifications: 

• 5–10 years' experience in performance engineering and embedded systems in a fast-paced environment
• Strong in Python and C++ (debugging, compilers, and systems-level tooling)
• Deep Linux internals knowledge – device drivers, kernel tuning, TCP/IP 
• Bonus if you’ve worked with EBPF, telemetry systems, or low-level observability tools
• Experience with HPC or research compute clusters also welcome

• Hybrid, 4 days per week in the office
